Yes. Free includes unlimited open content and readers with Embedify branding, one owner and one admin. Private access for regular readers, a custom company avatar, your own bot, and paid integrations require a paid plan.

Each active member with access to at least one private space counts once across the company, even if they belong to several groups. Owners and admins do not use private member seats.

Existing private access stays in place. New members cannot receive private access until a place opens or you move to a plan with a higher limit. Admins see a warning as the limit approaches.

The change preview shows its timing and any payment due. Upgrades can start after Stripe confirms payment and apply credit for unused paid time. Downgrades and changes that reduce access start at the end of the current paid period.

Your paid plan remains available until the end of the current paid period. The company then moves to Free; private content stays saved, but regular members lose access to it. Existing owner and admin roles remain active.

Admins receive a payment warning. Paid access continues during the grace period shown in the admin panel. If payment is still unresolved afterward, the company moves to Free.
